Craig pages-oliver
director

Craig brings over 30 years of industry experience across the private and public sectors. Craig served in the WA Police Service for nearly 20 years, the last seven of those within the Bureau of Criminal Intelligence. His capability within the Covert Surveillance Division saw Craig take on the position of Covert Operative, Operational Team Leader as well as Training Officer.

Following his time with the WA Police force Craig joined Meridian Services where he was instrumental in the development of the building industry’s crime prevention campaign ‘Name and Shame’. Working in partnership with over 70 residential building companies across the Perth metropolitan area the campaign coordinated crime reporting, investigations, police liaison and the development and implementation of prevention strategies to combat building site theft. The program was later renamed ‘BUSTed’ (Builders United against Site Theft) with WA's four largest building groups joining forces to combat crime on building sites.

kevin minchinton

Kevin has over 35 years’ experience in law enforcement and security. Serving in the WA Police for 20 years he was officer in charge at country towns and sergeant in charge of the judicial system and international embassies at the Protective Services and Counter Intelligence Unit.

As a Company Director Kevin was instrumental in the development of the building industry crime prevention campaign ‘Name and Shame’ in 2003, working in partnership with over 70 residential building companies across the Perth metropolitan area. The campaign coordinated crime reporting, investigations, police liaison and the development and implementation of prevention strategies to combat building site theft. The program was renamed ‘BUSTed’ (Builders United against Site Theft) with WA's four largest building groups joining forces to combat crime on building sites until the sale of the business in 2015.

mike voak

Mike has spent over 20 years in Law Enforcement mainly as a Detective and worked in specialised areas such as the Bureau of Criminal Intelligence, Organised Crime and the National Crime Authority.

 Mike left the Police Service and ventured into the private sector where he worked and trained in the USA as an International Trainer and Operator of lie detection equipment. 

Mike has also held positions within the mining industry as a Global Project Security Manager where he managed projects in Papua New Guinea, Central America with budgets in excess of $50 million, to design, install Hi End security fencing, long range thermal imaging cameras, CCTV, control room design, risk management processes and global training programs of security staff. 

Mike has held positions as the State Manager of Security and Integrated services where he was responsible for the management of Safety, Security and Assets of the Central Law Courts and District Courts of WA, Maritime Ports of Fremantle, Oil and Gas Facilities and over 18 Major Shopping Centres.

Having served in the WA Police force for 25 years, Brad spent the majority of this time in the criminal investigation field. Working across a number of high profile cases across a variety of investigation types has given Brad an extensive and thorough insight into criminal investigations. 

Following his career in the WA Police Brad was appointed the role of State Manager for the Australia Post Corporate Security Group. Quickly progressing to the role of Regional Manager, Brad oversaw Australia Post’s security operations and investigations across WA, SA and the Northern Territory. During his time at Australia Post, Brad gained a wealth of experience in corporate security focusing on the delivery and retail operations of Australia Post as well as building strategic partnerships within a large range of state and commonwealth agencies and private sector groups.
